Inside Sales Head

Job Summary

The Inside Sales leader will focus on running the Inside Sales function directly working with the Sales organization to generate outbound/inbound leads for business development. S/he will be responsible for setting up the Inside Sales organization with technology and skills and run it as a business development engine for Humanize. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the sales funnel and research for existing or potential account mining activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, LinkedIn, lead generation tools, and networking.
  • Research: Create Business process documents about the prospects.
  • Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our IT services & solutions and build initial interest.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly leads quotas and targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage inside sales activities on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Cold calls, Execution for campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform.
  • Hands on experience in lead-gen and marketing tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics or similar is a must
  • Hands on experience in setting up an Inside Sales function and running it as a Sales accelerator is desired
  • Past experience working in a startup environment is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Education: B. Tech / B.E In Engineering; additional MBA preferred
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience with Proven track record of success in inside sales. 3+ years’ experience selling Digital Services to U.S. and European customers
  • Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in Manufacturing and Retail/CPG is desired
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Self-motivated & goal oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of Digital Engineering services and outsourcing concepts is a plus.
